By purchasing a ticket to the Navratri Extravaganza organized by Taandav Events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Non-Refundable:
  All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to event cancellation, changes in event date, or personal inability to attend.
• Non-Transferable:
  Tickets are non-transferable. Only the original purchaser will be allowed entry with a valid ticket. Proof of identity must be required at the entrance.
• Form Submission Does Not Guarantee Ticket:
  Submission of a ticket request form does not guarantee ticket availability or allocation. Tickets are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Right to Refuse Admission:
  Taandav Events reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the event for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, non-compliance with event rules, or safety concerns.
• Event Changes
  Taandav Events reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, or venue as necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to ticket holders via the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
• Personal Responsibility:
  Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings. Taandav Events is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Media Release:
  By attending the event, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. These materials may be used by Taandav Events for promotional purposes without compensation to attendees.
• Age Restrictions:
  The event may have age restrictions. Please check the event details and ensure that all attendees meet the required age criteria. Valid ID may be required for age verification.
• Prohibited Items:
  The following items are prohibited at the event: weapons, illegal substances, outside food and beverages (alkohol and not alkohol), professional photography equipment, and any other items deemed inappropriate by event security.
• Liability Disclaimer:
  The attendee is liable for any kind of personal damage done to property. Taandav event is not responsible for it.
